Mr. Greg Henslee has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman of the company from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Office of the company from 2005 to 2018. Mr. Henslee also served as President of the company from 2012 to 2017 and Co-President of the company from 1999 to 2012. Preceding this, he served a variety of roles, which included: Senior Vice President of Information Systems, Inventory Control, Pricing and Loss prevention, Customer Service and Computer Operations at the company from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Henslee, also served as Vice President of Store operations from 1995 to 1998 and Director of Computer Operations and Loss Prevention from 1993 to 1995.

Mr. Gregory D. Johnson has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company from 2022 to 2023. Mr. Johnson has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-President of the company form 2018. Mr. Johnson held a variety of leadership positions at the company since his joining as Part-Time Distribution Center Team Manager.

Mr. Jeremy Fletcher has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Previously, he served Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller of the company. Preceding this, he also served as Director of Finance, Vice President of Finance and Controller. Mr. Fletcher began his career at the company as a Financial Reporting and Budgeting Manger in 2005.
