Mr. Greg Henslee has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman of the company from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Office of the company from 2005 to 2018. Mr. Henslee also served as President of the company from 2012 to 2017 and Co-President of the company from 1999 to 2012. Preceding this, he served a variety of roles, which included: Senior Vice President of Information Systems, Inventory Control, Pricing and Loss prevention, Customer Service and Computer Operations at the company from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Henslee, also served as Vice President of Store operations from 1995 to 1998 and Director of Computer Operations and Loss Prevention from 1993 to 1995.

Mr. Brad Beckham has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Co-President of the company. He was also the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Beckham was the Executive Vice President of Store Operations and Sales of the company. Previpously, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Central Store Operations and Sales. Mr. Beckham previously held roles including Vice President of Eastern Store Operations and Sales, Divisional Vice President, and Region Manager. Mr. Beckham joined the company in 1996.

Mr. Jeremy Fletcher has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller of the company. Preceding this, he also served as Director of Finance, Vice President of Finance and Controller. Mr. Fletcher began his career at the company as a Financial Reporting and Budgeting Manger in 2005.

Mr. Scott R. Ross has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of IT Omnichannel Technology at the company. He was also the Senior Vice President of IT Omnichannel Technology, Chief Information Officer, and President of Saks Cloud Services at Hudson's Bay.

Mr. Brent G. Kirby has been the president of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he held several position on the company such as Senior Vice President of Omnichannel, Executive Vice President of Supply Chain, Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, and Co-President.
