Mr. Gordon M. Ritchie has been the Chairman of Board of Directors of the company since February 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of Royal Bank of Canada, Capital Markets; Managing Director and Head of RBC’s Global E&P Energy Group; President and Chief Executive Officer of RBC Dominion Securities Corporation; and Co-Head of RBC's International Corporate Finance Group.

Mr. Stephen E. Loukas has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since February 2023 and Director since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of the company from December 2019 to 2023; Director at Credit Suisse Securities, Portfolio Manager and Head of Investment Research of the Multi-Product Event Proprietary Trading Group, and Senior Investment Analyst at Pirate Capital. Mr. Loukas has also worked within the Corporate Finance & Distribution Group of Scotia Capital. Currently, he also serves as Partner, Managing Member and Portfolio Manager at FrontFour Capital Group LLC.

Mr. Peter Scott has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since December 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ridgeback Resources Inc and worked at Lightstream Resources Ltd. Mr. Scott also worked as the Vice President in Finance and Chief Financial Officer roles at Iteration Energy Ltd., Rock Energy Inc. and Beau Canada Exploration Ltd. He started his career in 1983 in Amoco Canada Petroleum Company Ltd.
