Prof. Dr. Michael Suss has been the Chairman of Oerlikon since 2015. He also serves as an Executive Vice President for Asset Management of Witel Ltd and a Director of Kinexon Beteiligungsgesellschaft GmbH. Prior to his current roles, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Georgsmarienhutte Holding GmbH from 2015 to 2016. Prior to this, he served as a Member of the Managing Board of Siemens AG and the Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Energy Sector. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Fossil Power Generation Division of the Energy Sector from 2008 to 2011. He served as the Member of the Executive Management of Siemens AG Power Generation Group from 2006 to 2007 and also the Chief Operating Officer of MTU Aero Engines from 2001 to 2006. Mr. Suss held various management and Board positions at BMW and Porsche.

Mr. Gerhard Pegam has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2010. He also serves as a Board Member of Schaffner Holding AG. He established his own consulting firm in 2012 and served as a Corporate Officer at TDK Corporation from June 2011 to June 2012. Mr. Pegam also served as a board member of TDK-EPC Corp from 2009 to 2012 and the Chief Executive Officer of EPCOS AG from 2001 to 2012. Prior to this, he held various management positions at EPCOS AG, Siemens and Philips from 1982 to 2001.

Mr. Philipp Muller has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Investor Relations function at Baker Hughes. Mr. Muller also worked as Chief Financial Officer of GE’s oil & gas drilling business from 2014 to 2016. Previously, he held various financial leadership positions in GE’s industrial businesses and spent five years on GE’s corporate audit staff, where he advanced to an Executive Audit Manager at GE Healthcare.

Mr. Georg Stausberg has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he was Chief Executive Officer of the Manmade Fibers Division and served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the division from 2012 to 2014. Mr. Stausberg also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Oerlikon Neumag Business Unit from 2008 to 2012.

Ms. Anna Ryzhova has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she has occupied senior Human Resource executive roles for 13 years at Renova Group, including the Chief Human Resources Officer at Witel Ltd. Ms. Ryzhova also served as the HR and Corporate Relations Director at the Renova Group Corporate Center in Moscow from 2010 to 2015.
