Mr. Paul Benson has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of SSR Mining Inc from 2015 to 2020. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Troy Resources Ltd. Mr. Benson held several executive and operating roles at BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto and Renison Goldfields.

Mr. Gerard Bond has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer at Newcrest Mining from 2012 to 2022. Previously, he held various senior executive roles at BHP including Treasury, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Acting President and Head of Group Human Resources. Mr. Bond also worked in corporate finance for Coopers & Lybrands.

Mr. Marius Van Niekerk has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Finance at Americas for Newcrest. He held several senior leadership roles including Vice President of Strategy and Design, Head of Finance, Chief Financial Officer at Energy Coal South Africa, Project Director at Energy Southern Africa, Head of Finance, Chief Financial Officer at Mozal Aluminium smelter and Global Financial Controller of Aluminium. Mr. Niekerk also served as a Director at Niagara focusing on copper extraction.

Mr. Bhuvanesh Malhotra has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Technical and Projects Officer of the company from 2024 to September 2025. Prior to this, he worked as the Technical Director of Copper and Simandou at Rio Tinto, Australia. He held various operational and technical roles at Rio Tinto, including General Manager, Technical Services and General Manager Operations for the West Angelas and Robe Valley operations at Rio Tinto Iron Ore.

Mr. David Bickerton has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since April 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Asset President of Didipio Mine in the Philippines from 2022 to March 2026. Previously, he held various roles at Lihir Gold in Papua New Guinea, the Yabulu Nickel Refinery in Queensland, and Transfield Services in Queensland and Western Australia.
