Mr. Nassef Sawiris has been the Chairman of this company since 2013. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of OCI N.V.’s predecessor, Orascom Construction Industries (OCI S.A.E.) in 1998. Mr. Sawiris was also appointed as Chairman of OCI S.A.E. in 2009. Currently, Mr. Sawiris is also serving as the Chairman and CEO of Avanti Acquisition Corp., a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), a supervisory director of Adidas AG, the executive chairman of Aston Villa FC, a member of the J.P. Morgan International Council and Cleveland Clinic’s International Leadership Board Executive Committee since 2011. Mr. Sawiris became a member of the University of Chicago’s Board of Trustees in 2013. He has also previously served on the Boards of BESIX SA, LafargeHolcim Ltd, Orascom Construction Plc, the Egyptian Exchange and NASDAQ Dubai.

Mr. Ahmed El-Hoshy has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of this company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as Group Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of OCI Americas. He was also CEO of Partners LP, a subsidiary of OCI NV. He led the development of greenfield projects, inclusive of Iowa Fertilizer Company. He also has been responsible for multiple activities which include project development, general management, financing, commercial, M&A and corporate strategy.

Mr. Hassan Badrawi has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he held multiple leadership positions encircling M&A strategy, business development and investor relations. In addition, he has also led the company’s investment and communication activities globally in various sectors encompassing building materials, fertilizers, infrastructure, chemicals and construction.

Mr. Michael Bennet has been the Co-Chairman of this company since 2013. Prior to this, he was Chairman of the Methanol Institute and the Fertilizer Institute in the United States. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Terra Industries Inc. He also served as Chairman and President for Terra Industries LP, director of Alliant Energy Corporation, and SandRidge Energy. Presently Mr. Bennett serves as a Board member at Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa.

Ms. Maud de Vries has been the Chief Legal and Human Capital Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as General Counsel, HR Director, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer where she joined in 2014. Previously, she has also served positions as General Counsel / Senior Executive at Corio N.V. She was also a member of the Management Board of Reluxco International S.A.
