Mr. Eleazar de Carvalho Filho has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Unibanco Investment Bank, President of BNDES, and CEO of UBS Brasil. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the corporate finance division of Banco Garantia in Rio de Janeiro, Director and Treasurer of Alcoa Alumínio and Director of the international area of Crefisul (Citigroup). He also serves as the President of the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra Foundation.

Mr. Rodrigo Modesto de Abreu has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Quod. Previously, he served as the Managing Partner of Giau Consultoria Empresarial Ltda, Director of Vogel Soluçoes em Telecomunicaçoes e Informatica S.A., President and CEO of TIM Participaçoes S.A. He also served as the President of Cisco Systems do Brasil, and General Manager of Cisco Systems for North Latin America and the Caribbean, President of Nortel Networks do Brasil, and Chief Executive Officer of Promon Tecnologia Ltda and Promon IP Ltda.

Ms. Cristiane Barretto Sales has been the Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Officer of Planning and Financial Management of Claro Brasil. Previously, she worked as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Liq. Ms. Sales also worked as Financial Director at Tele Leste Celular Participacoes. Earlier, she held several executive positions in the Finance area at Vivo Brasil. Ms. Sales served as the Senior Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen.
