Mr. Zafar Masud is the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Bank of Punjab since April 2020. He also served as Director of major private and public sector entities including Oil & Gas Development Company Limited, State Bank of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power (Private) Limited, Port Qasim Authority, and Gadoon Textile Mills Limited and interim CEO at InfraZamin Pakistan. He served in various leadership roles for multinational banks within and outside Pakistan; including CitiBank, Barclays Bank PLC, American Express Bank and, Dubai Islamic Bank.

Mr. Ahmed Hayat Lak has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and Managing Director of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Secretary and Head of Legal Services at the company. Currently, he also serves as a Director of Reko Diq Mining Company Limited (RDMC), Chairman of Mari Energies Limited (MEL), Mari Technologies Limited (MTL), Pakistan International Oil Limited (PIOL), and Pakistan Minerals Private Limited (PMPL). He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of PMPL.

Mr. Muhammad Anas Farook is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served in various management roles at PWC, British Petroleum, Baker Hughes. Mr. Anas also served as the Incident Manager at Sajaa Asset managed by Petrofac. He has more than 20 years of corporate and audit experience in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Kamran Yusuf Shami has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since September 2017. He has over 25 years of experience in managing IT operations in IT, telecom, software, textile, retail, health care and energy sectors. During his career, he has served in senior management positions in various public and private sector organizations.
