Mr. Robert L. Potter has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he held various senior management positions at FMC Technologies Inc, including President, Vice President of Energy Processing Unit, Senior Vice President of Energy Processing and Global Surface Wellhead, and Executive Vice President of Energy Systems. Mr. Potter also served as the Chairman of Petroleum Equipment & Services Association and Director of the National Ocean Industries Association. Currently, he served as the Member of the Council of Overseers for the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University

Ms. Cindy B. Taylor has been the President, Chief Executive officer and Director of the company since 2007. Prior to this, she served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. She also served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company. Previously, Ms. Taylor served as the Chief Financial Officer of L.E. Simmons & Associates, the Vice President and Controller of Cliffs Drilling Company and held various management positions at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Lloyd A. Hajdik has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of GR Energy Services and Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. He also served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of Helix and held various senior positions in several companies, including NL Industries, Inc., Hewlett Packard, Zonal Isolation product service lines, Cliffs Drilling Company, Halliburton’s Baroid Drilling Fluids and Shell Oil Company.

Mr. Philip S. Moses has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President in Offshore/ Manufactured Products and Downhole Technologies from May 2021 to July 2022. Mr. Moses also served as the Executive Vice President from Offshore/ Manufactured Products from May 2016 to May 2021 and President from Offshore/ Manufactured Products from July 2015 to May 2016. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President in Offshore/ Manufactured Products from 2013 to 2015 and Senior Vice President of Engineering and Industrial Products, Offshore Products from 2011 to 2013.

Mr. Brian E. Taylor has been the Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of the company from 2016 to 2022. Mr. Taylor served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Conn’s, Inc. He also served as the Finance Integration Manager of Schlumberger Limited. Previously, Mr. Taylor held various positions at Smith International, Inc, Camco International, Inc. and Arthur Andersen L.L.P.
