Mr. Takahiro Mori has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company from 2022 to 2023. Previously, he served as the Executive Officer, Head of Business Collaboration Division, Component and Platforms Business Group of the company from 2021 to 2022. He also worked as a Director and President of Oki Data Corp from 2020 to 2021. Previously, Mr. Mori held various positions, including Director, Managing Executive Officer, Head of Product Development and Business Development, and Head of Domestic Sales Division at Oki Data Corp. He also served as General Manager of the partner business department and domestic sales division. He joined the company in 1988.

Mr. Teiji Teramoto has been the Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive Officer-in-charge of Corporate Functions, and Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of the company in 2023. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing and Sales Group, Deputy Head of Components and Platforms Business Group, and Head of Business Collaboration Division at the company in 2022. He also served as the Senior Vice President, Deputy Head of Marketing and Sales Group, and Deputy Head of Components and Platforms Business Group at the company in 2021. Earlier, he served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer, Head of the Americas, Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. & Mizuho Bank, Ltd. in 2018. He served as the Executive Officer, General Manager, Investment Banking Coordination Division of Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. and Mizuho Bank, Ltd in 2013.

Mr. Yuichiro Katagiri has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was the Head of the Cross-Industry Business Center. Previously, he was the Chief Environment Officer, Senior Vice President, and Chief Quality Officer of the company. He was also the Deputy Head of Solution System Buisness Group.

Mr. Yoichi Kato has been Senior Vice President, Director, Chief Technology Officer, and Head of the Technology Division of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as Senior Executive Officer and Head of the TOKKI System Division in the company from April 2023 to April 2025. Earlier, he also served as Executive Officer, Deputy Head of Solution System Business Group, Head of Solution System Business Group, and Head of Defense System Department of ICT Business Group from 2016 to 2022.
