Old National Bancorp: Executives

Mr. James C Ryan has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served the company as Director of Corporate Development and Mortgage Banking, Integrations Executive and Treasurer. Prior to this, he held senior finance positions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Old Kent Financial Corp.

Mr. John V. Moran has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Strategy Officer of the company from 2021 to 2024. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for NBT Bancorp. Prior to NBT, he was the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at Old National from 2017 to 2019.

Mr. Timothy M. Burke Chief Operating Officer and President of the company since 2025. He served as the Executive Vice President of the Central Region and Field Enablement for the Commercial Bank at KeyBank.

Mr. Matt Keen has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since July 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer at Bremer Bank.

Mr. James V. Stadler has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at First Midwest. Prior to joining First Midwest, Jim was the Managing Partner and head of business development at Schafer Condon Carter. He served as Senior Vice President and Group Management Director at DDB Worldwide and held in Senior Marketing roles at McDonald’s and Kimberly Clark.
