Mr. Frank J. Sodaro has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2021. Prior to this role, he served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer in the company. Previously, he held leadership positions at Kemper.

Mr. Steve Buckland has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Old Republic International Corporation since 2024. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer at the same organization. Prior to this, he was the Chief Information Officer of Republic Mortgage Insurance Company, where he held various roles in software development, project management, infrastructure, and information security.

Mr. W. Todd Gray has been an Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Old Republic International since June 2018. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President in Operations & Finance at Old Republic General Insurance Companies since 2015. He served as a senior executive at Oak Street Funding.
