Olympic Steel Inc: Executives

Mr. Michael D. Siegal has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1984 to 2018. Mr. Siegal served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Development Corporation of Israel. He served as the Board Chairman at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland and the Jewish Federations of North America. Mr. Siegal served on the Board of Directors at the Metals Service Center Institute and University Hospitals of Cleveland.

Mr. Richard T. Marabito has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Controller of the company. Mr. Marabito served as Treasurer at the company from 1994 to 2002. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to joining the company, he served as a Corporate Controller at a publicly traded wholesale distribution company and was employed at a national accounting firm in its Audit department. Mr. Marabito served as a Board Member at Hawk from 2008 to 2010. He is a Board member and a Treasurer at the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Mr. Marabito serves on the Board of Trustees and as Treasurer at Hawken School in Cleveland. Currently, he serves as a Director at the Metals Service Center Institute and the past Chairman of its Foundation for Education and Research.

Mr. Richard A. Manson has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. He joined the company in 1996. From 2013 to 2018, Mr. Manaon served as the Vice President and Treasurer of the company. From March 2010 to December 2012, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. Mr. Mason served as Treasurer and Corporate Controller from January 2003 to March 2010 at the company. From 1996 to 2002, he served as the Director of Taxes and Risk Management.

Mr. Andrew S. Greiff has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company since January 2020. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2016 to 2019. Previously, Mr. Greiff served as President of Specialty Metals from 2011 to 2016. He joined the company as Vice President of Specialty Metals in 2009.
