Mr. Craig R Callen has been the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he serves as the Senior Advisor to Crestview Partners, a private equity firm. Mr. Callen also served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Aetna from 2004 to 2007. He served as the Managing Director and Head of US health care investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston and the Co-Head of Health Care Investment Banking at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. He also served as a Director of HMS Holdings Corp, Sunrise Senior Living, Inc., Kinetic Concepts, Inc. and Symbion, Inc. Mr. Callen serves as a Director at Classical Homes Preservation Trust.

Mr. C Taylor Pickett has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2001. Prior to this, he served for Integrated Health Services (IHS) in various positions including an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Pickett serves as the member of the board of trustees for Corporate Office Properties Trust.

Mr. Robert O Stephenson has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2001. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Integrated Health Services from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Stephenson also served in various positions at Martin Marietta Corporation, CSX Intermodal and Electronic Data Systems.

Mr. Neal A. Ballew has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served in EY’s real estate and hospitality audit practice for 10 years.

Ms. Gail D Makode has been the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of IES Holdings, Inc. Ms. Makode also served as the General Counsel and Member of the Board at MBIA Insurance Corporation and Chief Compliance Officer of MBIA Inc. She also served at Deutsche Bank AG; and Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen, & Hamilton.
