Mr. Jack E. Stover has been Chairman of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Interpace Diagnostics Group from 2015 to 2025. Earlier, he served as Director of Interpace Diagnostics Group since August 2005 to December 2015. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Zebec Therapeutics LLC from April 2014 to December 2015. He also served as Executive Chairman of Targeted Nano Therapeutics LLC from 2009 to February 2012. Mr. Stover also served as Director of Arbios Systems Inc and Antares Pharma, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Stover was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sicor, Inc. Earlier, he served as Executive Vice President and Director of Gynetics, Inc.

Dr. Iain Dukes has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development and Licensing for Merck Research Laboratories. Previously, he served as the Vice President of External Research and Development at Amgen; President and Chief Executive Officer of Essentialis Therapeutics; Vice President of Scientific and Technology Licensing at GlaxoSmithKline; Head of Exploratory Development for Metabolic and Urogenital Diseases and Head of the Ion Channel Drug Discovery Group. Currently, Dr. Dukes is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Iovance Biotherapeutics Inc. and serves as Executive Chairman of Angiex Inc. He is also a board member for several companies, including Ikena Oncology, NeRRe Therapeutics, ENYO Therapeutics, Feldan Therapeutics, and Rathlin Therapeutics.

Dr. Robert R. Redfield has been the Chief Medical Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Administrator of the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry. Previously, he served as the Senior Public Health Advisor to Governor Hogan and the State of Maryland. He was also a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force and served on the board of Operation Warp Speed. Mr. Redfield also served as a Member of the US President’s Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS and held the position of chair of the International Subcommittee.

Mr. Charles Parker has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2025. Previously, he was the Director of Stout. Prior to this, he worked at Pristine Surgical, LLC, ROM Technologies, Inc., Cantana Bio, and Zogenix, Inc.

Mr. C. David Pauza has been Chief Science Officer of Virology at Traws Pharma since 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Science Officer of Trawsfynydd Therapeutics, Inc from 2021 to 2024. Earlier, he served as Chief Science Officer of Viriom, Inc from 2017 to 2021. He also served as Chief Science Officer for American Gene Technologies.
