Ms. Julie H. Edwards has been the Chairman of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Director of ONEOK and was also a member of the Board of Directors of ONEOK Partners GP, L.L.C., from 2009 to 2017 and as a Director of Noble Corporation, plc and NATCO Group. Ms. Edwards also served as an Executive Officer of Frontier Oil Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 2005 and as a Treasurer from 1991 to 1994.

Mr. Pierce H. Norton II has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Oneok since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of One Gas Inc. Mr. Norton also served as the executive vice president of commercials for Oneok and Oneok Partners.

Mr. Walter S Hulse III has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development for the company since 2022. Prior to this, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President for Strategy and Corporate Affairs of ONEOK from 2019 to 2021. He was also the Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking Department, Managing Director and Head of the business development group at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Hulse was also the Head of the Global Utility Group at UBS Investment Bank.

Mr. Randy N. Lentz has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2025. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Medallion Midstream LLC from 2010 to 2024.

Mr. Lyndon C. Taylor has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and Assistant Secretary of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of Devon Energy Corporation. Previously he founded and led the Houston office of Skadden Arps.
