Mr. Andy Golding has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive at Saffron Building Society. He also held various positions at industry institutions, including membership of the Building Societies Association’s Council and the UK Finance Executive Committee.

Ms. April Talintyre has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2012. Prior to this, she served as a Financial Director in the company. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Director in Rothesay Life Pensions. She also served at Goldman Sachs International. Previously, she served at KPMG in a general audit department.

Mr. Clive Kornitzer is the Group Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of intermediary mortgage business at Santander. He also served as the Chairman of the FS Forums Retail Banking Sub Committee and held various positions at EFMA. Earlier, he served at Yorkshire Building Society, John Charcol and Bradford and Bingley.

Mr. Richard Wilson is the Chief Credit and Compliance Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of credit function of Morgan Stanley's UK origination business and focused on Credit and Collections strategy in the UK, Russian and Italian businesses. Earlier, he served at Yorkshire Building Society in various credit and operations roles.

Ms. Lisa Odendaal is the Chief Internal Auditor of the company. Prior to joining the company, she worked at Grant Thornton as Associate Director. Previously, she worked at various financial institutions such as PwC, Man Investments, HSBC, and Morgan Stanley. She holds over 20 years of experience in internal audit and operational fields.
