Mr. Alfred Nietzel has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He served as Director at the company since 2020. Mr. Victor Limongelli has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company. She also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Guidance Software, Inc; AccessData Group; and BQE Software, Inc; and President, Vice President of Professional Services, and General Counsel, and as General Counsel.

Mr. Jorge Garcia Martell has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer at Treasurer at Extreme Reach, Inc. He served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Extreme Reach. Prior to this, he served at Assistant Corporate Controller, Director of Finance and Treasurer at Sapient Corporation.

Mr. Michael Lillie has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since July 2022. Previously, he served as the Global Chief Information Officer at Qlik; Chief Information Officer at Endurance International Group and Vice President of Information Technology at Nuance Communications, Inc.

Mr. Ashish Jain has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as Chief Product Officer at Arkose Labs. Mr. Jain has experience in digital identity, security, and consumer fraud domains.
