Mr. Bob Aziz has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company. He is also a director at the Beer Store and Woodbine Entertainment Group. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel and also a member of the Oxford Senior Executive team at Oxford Properties Group. He also served as the President of Great Gulf Homes and held senior roles at TD Bank Financial Group. Earlier, he was a Partner at Torys LLP and Davies Ward Phillips Vineberg LLP. He served as the Director at Hospital for Sick Children Foundation and the Lighthouse for Grieving Children.

Mr. Rodney Hill has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Partner and various leadership roles at PwC in 2011.

Mr. Ralph Berg has been the Chief Investment Officer of the company. Previously, he worked as Global Head of OMERS Capital Markets, Executive Vice President, Global Head of Infrastructure at OMERS. He was also Head of the European Energy & Power Team; and Managing Director at Credit Suisse. Prior to this, he served in Energy Team at Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Satish Rai has been the Chief Investment Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Investment Officer at TD Asset Management. He has over 30 years of experience in investment sector.
