Ms. Wendy Kei has been the Chairman of the company since June 2019. Earlier, she served as Director of the company from 2017 to 2019. Ms. Kei also serves as the Directors of Guyana Goldfields, Inc. and Royal Nickel Corporation.

Mr. Ken Hartwick has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of OPG April 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Ms. Aida Cipolla has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President – Finance of Ontario Power Generation Inc since 2022. Mr. Carlton Mathias is the Chief Legal Officer, Chief ESG Officer and Chief Governance Officer. He currently serves as the member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Chapter Executive for the Greater Toronto Area.
