Dr. Phillip Frost has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of OPKO since March 2007. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Vice Chairman of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited. Mr. Frost has also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IVAX Corporation. Before that, he served as the Chairman of Key Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Chairman and Director of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc, and the Director of Continucare Corporation and Castle Brands Inc.

Dr. Jane H. Hsiao has been the Vice-Chairman and Chief Technical Officer of the company since May 2007. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman-Technical Affairs of IVAX; and as the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer and the President of IVAX Animal Health. Before that, Dr. Hsiao served as the Chairman of Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems, Inc., a medical device company, and was named as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems, Inc. Dr. Hsiao is also a Director of TransEnterix, Inc., Neovasc, Inc. and Cocrystal Pharma, Inc. Dr. Hsiao previously also served as a Director for Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc., a development stage biopharmaceutical company and as the Chairman of SafeSitch Medical, Inc.

Mr. Gary J. Nabel has been the Chief Innovation Officer since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Scientific Officer and Senior Vice President of Sanofi from 2012-2020. Previously he worked as founding director of NIH’s Vaccine Research Center from 1999 to 2012. Mr. Nabel worked as investigator at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at the University of Michigan from 1987 to 1999.

Mr. Adam Logal has been the Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of the company. Mr. Adam also served as the Senior Director of Accounting and Reporting of Nabi Biopharmaceuticals; the Director of VBI Vaccines Inc.

Ms. Jane Pine Wood has been the Chief Legal Officer of BioReference Laboratories. Prior to this, she worked in McDonald Hopkins LLC for three decades. She is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
