Mr. Juan Pablo del Valle Perochena has been the Chairman of the company since 2011. Previously, he joined Kaluz in 2003. Under his vigilance, Orbia has been transformed from a local chemical company to a world leader in its working industries. Earlier, he founded Grupo Modulo Progresivo in 2001. Previously, Mr. Perochena served at Telemex from 1996 to 1999. He serves on the Boards of Directors of Elementia and Johnson Controls Inc. He also serves as the Chairman of Mexico City’s first water fund and a Co-Chairman of the Latin American Conservation Council at The Nature Conservancy. He serves as a member of International Advisory Board at Harvard Business School and the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies.

Mr. Sameer S. Bharadwaj has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President of Fluor and Polymer Solutions at the company. Previously, he served in several key management positions at Cabot Corp including the Vice President and General Manager. Earlier, he served as Strategy Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Earlier, he began his career as a Senior Research Engineer at The Dow Chemical Co.

Mr. James P. Kelly has been the Chief Financial Officer of Orbia since August 2021. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and Corporate Counsellor of Cabot Corporation. Mr. Carlos also served at Sidor.

Mr. Mike Bruggeman serves as the Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, he served in various leadership positions at Cargill, including the Vice President of Global Information Technology.

Ms. Deborah Butters has been the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served in the role of Chief Human Resources Officer of PerkinElmer for four years. Previously, she served in various leadership roles at IBM for the US and Europe regions. Earlier, In the year 1991, she served at a software start up with Lotus Development.
