Ms. Carrie Cox has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chairman at Humacyte Inc since 2019 and also served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2010 to 2018. Before that, she served as the Executive Vice President of Schering-Plough and President of Schering-Plough’s Global Pharmaceutical Business since 2003. Prior to joining Schering-Plough, Ms. Cox served as the President of Pharmacia Corporation’s Pharmaceutical Business from 1997 until its merger with Pfizer Inc. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of Texas Instruments Inc since 2004, Cardinal Health Inc since 2009, and Selecta Biosciences, Inc since 2019.

Mr. Kevin Ali has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President of Merck’s international business. Before that, he served as the President of the emerging markets region and the Managing Director of Germany and Turkey and also led key therapeutic franchises at Merck.

Mr. Matthew Walsh has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Allergan and Catalent. Mr. Matthew served in several finance and leadership positions at Escala Group and GenTek. Before that, he served in corporate development and other roles across the chemical and banking industries.

Ms. Rachel Stahler has been the Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer at Allergan. Before that, she served as the Chief Information Officer at Syneos Health, inVentiv Health and Optimer Pharmaceuticals. Previously, she served in senior technology roles at Pfizer.

Mr. Juan Camilo Arjona Ferreira, M.D has been the Chief Medical Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Medical Officer of Myovant Sciences Inc and Senior Vice President Clinical Development at Shionogi Inc. Previously he served at Merck for 15 years.
