Ms. Liselott Kilaas has been the acting Chairman of the company since 2025. Currently, she is the Chief Executive Officer of Evidia Group. She is also a member of the Board of Directors and of the Audit Committee of Peab AB, and a board member of Avonova AB and Varroc Engineering Ltd. She also chairs the Board of Directors of Implantica and is a member of the Supervisory Board at IMD. Prior to this, she was the Chief Executive Officer of Aleris Group from 2013 to 2017, previously serving as Managing Director of Aleris Norway and later Aleris Norway and Denmark.

Mr. Nils K. Selte has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Board of Director to the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Canica AS. He also served as the Group Treasurer of ICA Ahold AB from 1999 to 2001 and the Finance Manager of Hakon Gruppen AS. Earlier, Mr. Selte served as the Finance Manager of Livi Norge AS from 1994 to1996 and the consultant of Office of the Auditor General of Norway from 1991 to 1994. He also serves on the Board of several Canica companies.

Mr. Arve Regland has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance of the company since June 2024. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Fredensborg and its subsidiary Heimstaden from 2019 to 2023, worked for Entra, first as CFO and then for four years as CEO from 2014 to 2019. Prior to this, he has also worked for ABG Sundal Collier and Arthur Andersen/Ernst & Young.
