Mr. Keith Allman has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. He serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Masco Corporation since 2014. He also held leadership positions in engineering, manufacturing, and quality management for General Motors Corporation.

Mr. John C. Pfeifer has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since April 2021. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of Mercury Marine, a division of Brunswick Corp. Before joining Brunswick, Pfeifer held executive positions with ITT Corp, first as Executive Vice President and General Manager of ITT’s joint venture with Sanoh Industrial. Subsequently, he served in various general management roles in ITT’s Electronic Components division.

Mr. Matthew A. Field has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Joby Aviation, Inc.

Mr. Anupam Khare has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Oshkosh since April 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Director of Digital Technology at United Technologies Corporation from 2015 to April 2018. Mr. Khare served in positions of increasing responsibility at Koch Industries, Inc, most recently as the Global Technology Officer and Global Director Infrastructure Services from 2008 to 2015.

Ms. Jayanthi Iyengar has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Strategic Sourcing Officer of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation and Technology Officer at Xylem, Inc. Previously, she served as the Group Vice President, Engineering and Technology at Eaton Corporation’s Aerospace Group.
