Mr. Deepak Chopra has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from May 1987 to December 2024. Prior to that, he served as the ILC Technology Inc including Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Operating Officer of United Detector Technology division from 1980 to 1987, and from 1976 to 1979. Prior to this, Mr. Chopra held various management positions with TRW Semiconductors, RCA Semiconductors and Intel Corp.

Mr. Ajay Mehra has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and President of the company’s Security division. Prior to that, he held various financial positions with Thermador/Waste King, Presto Food Products Inc, and United Detector Technology. He served as Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company from November 1992 to November 2002. Mr. Mehra joined the company as Controller in 1989.

Mr. Alan Edrick has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at BioSource International Inc from 2004 to 2006. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at North American Scientific, Inc from 1998 to 2004. Mr. Edrick held various positions, such as Senior Manager of Capital Markets at Price Waterhouse LLP from 1989 to 1998.

Mr. Todd Weathersby has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since January 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Transformation at Sandia National Laboratories from 2017 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Vice President of Enterprise Business Services and the Corporate Vice President of Global Infrastructure Services for Honeywell International from 2012 to 2017. Earlier, he held several senior leadership positions with Honeywell subsidiaries including the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Honeywell Aerospace Strategic Business Units and the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain.

Mr. Glenn Grindstaff has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President, Human Resources and Administration at L3Harris Technologies from 2010 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Vice President, Human Resources and Administration at Honda Aircraft. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Spirent Communications. Mr. Grindstaff joined the company in February 2020.
