Mr. John F. Burzynski has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served the Vice President of Business Development at the company. Mr. Burzynski also served as the Senior Vice President of New Business Development and a Director of Osisko Gold Royalties. He was a Director of Major Drilling Group International Inc, Osisko Metals Incorporated, and Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd. Currently, he serves as a Director of O3 Mining Inc, Osisko Development, and Osisko Green Acquisition Limited.

Mr. Blair Zaritsky has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as a Corporate Controller of INV Metals. He also served as the Senior Manager at RSM Richter Inc. Currently, he serves as a Member of the CPA Canada-PDAC IFRS committee.

Mr. Don Njegovan has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Director of St. Andrew Goldfields. Mr. Njegovan served as the Managing Director of Global Mining at Scotiabank from 2010 to 2014. Earlier, he served as investment banker at Toll Cross Securities Inc. Currently, he serves as a Director of Sable Resources, Strongbow Exploration Inc, and Ascot Resources Ltd.

Mr. Mandy Johnston has been the Vice President of Finance at the company since 2021. He also served as the Director of Finance at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Manager of Financial Reporting at Corsa Coal Corp.
