Ms. Judy Marks serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Siemens USA and Dresser-Rand. She served various senior leadership roles at IBM and Lockheed Martin. Ms. Marks serves as the Director of Caterpillar Inc. and AdvanceCT.

Mr. Anurag Maheshwari has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Previously, he also served as the Vice President, Finance, Information Technology and Chief Transformation Officer of the company. Prior to this, he held the position of Vice President of Investor Relations at L3Harris. Mr. Maheshwari also held various executive level roles in strategy, equity and finance at United Technologies, Affinity Equity Partners and Harris Corporation.

Mr. Michael Ryan has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and Assistant Controller at United Technologies Corporation, he served in this organization for more than 20 years. He started his career with DeJoy, Knauf & Blood, LLP.

Ms. Rina Leonard is the Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer of the company, since 2022. Prior to this, she was Executive Director, Global Business Systems where she led Otis’ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), shared services and key corporate systems. Prior to Otis, she served in aerospace industry, primarily focused on business applications development, ERP deployment, CRM strategy, external customer, partner integrations and product lifecycle transformation. Ms. Leonard serves as the Director of IngenuityNE.

Ms. Randi Tanguay has been the Senior Vice President & Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served at Fleishman Hillard, where she managed communications and public relations. Prior to this, she served several roles at CBS television as a director, producer and writer for nightly newscasts, interview-style programming and other special events.
