Mr. Yildirim Ali Koc has been the Chairman at Otokar, since 2015. He served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Koc Holding since 2016. Previously, he also served as the President of the Corporate Communications and Information Technology Group from 2006 to 2010, and as a member of Board of Directors at Koc Holding from 2008 to 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Koc held various senior positions at Koc Holding including Business Development Coordinator and President of the Information Technology Group from 1997 to 2006. Previously, he served as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley Investment Bank from 1992 to 1994.

Mr. Levent Cakiroglu has been the Vice Chairman at Otokar since 2018. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director since 2015. Previously, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Arcelik in 2008 and the President at the Koç Holding Durable GoodsGroup since 2010. Mr. Cakiroglu also served as Chief Executive Officer of Koctas from 2002-2007 and at Migros from 2007 to 2008. He also served as the Vice President of Financial Crimes Investigation Board at the Ministry of Finance. Prior to that, he joined as Finance Group Coordinator at Koc Holding in 1998.

Mr. Gorguc has been a Director at Otokar since 2018. He also serves as the General Manager at Otokar since 2006. Mr. Gorguc joined Koc Group in 1982. Previously, he served as the Unit Manager at the Research and Development Center at Koc Group, and was appointed as the Advanced Projects Design Manager at Otokar. Prior to that, Mr. Gorguc served as the Product Engineering Manager from 1989 to 1995 and as the Deputy General Manager of Engineering from 1995 to 2005.

Mr. Huseyin Odabas has been the Assistant General Manager of Finance at Otokar since 2003. Prior to this, he served as an Accounting Manager, since 1996 to 2003. Prior to this, Mr. Odabas served as an Audit Expert at Ormak, a Koc Group company, since 1994 to 1996. He began his career at Koc Holding as a Financial Management Trainee in 1989.

Mr. Hasan Basri Akgul serves as the Assistant General Manager of Domestic Market Sales and Marketing at Otokar. He joined the company in 1998. Prior to this, he served as the Sales Coordinator at Tofas, since 1997 to 1998 and Logistics Manager from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Akgul also served as Regional Sales Manager from 1990 to 1992. He began his career at Tofas in 1990 as a Regional Sales Assistant Manager.
