Chairman Executive BoardMr. Sandor Csanyi has been the Chairman of the bank since 1992. Before that, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the bank. He also serves as the Vice-Chairman of MOL Plc and Co-Chairman of the Chinese-Hungarian Business Council. Prior to this, Mr. Csanyi served as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer at K&H Bank from 1989 to 1992. Previously, he served as the Head of Department at Hungarian Credit Bank Ltd., from 1986 to 1989. Mr. Csanyi also served as the Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance from 1983 to 1986.
Tamas Gyorgy Erdei
Deputy Chairman Executive BoardMr. Tamas Erdei has been the Deputy Chairman of the bank since April 2019. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors at OTP Factoring Ltd. since 2019. He has been the Chairman of OTP Bank's Risk Assumption and Risk Management Committee, as well as a Member of the Nomination Committee from 2014 to 2020. He is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the International Children’s Safety Service. Between 1997 and 2008, and between 2009 and 2011, he served as President of the Hungarian Banking Association.
Gyorgy Kiss-Haypal
Deputy Chief Executive Officer; Head - Risk Management Division Senior ManagementMr. Gyorgy Kiss-Haypal has been the Head of Risk Management Division of the bank since 2024 and is its Deputy Chief Executive Officer since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Head of Credit Approval and Risk Management Division. Previously, he served as a Director at Budapest Bank from 2008 to 2015. Formerly, he worked with GE Consumer Finance Europe, GE Money Bank, and Budapest Bank Plc.
