Mr. Nathan I. Partain has been the Chairman of company’s since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the President and the Chief Investment Officer of Duff & Phelps Investment Management; the President, the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Investment Officer of DNP Select Income Fund; and a Director of DNP Select Income Fund, DTF Tax-Free Income, Duff & Phelps Utility and Corporate Bond Trust, and Duff & Phelps Global Utility Income Fund Inc.

Mr. Charles S. MacFarlane has been the Chief Executive Officer, the President and Director of Otter Tail Corp since April 2015. Prior to this, he served as the President and the Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to 2015; and the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Otter Tail Power Corp. Mr. MacFarlane also served on Otter Tail Corp’s Executive Team as the Senior Vice President of its Electric Platform. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Electric Distribution Planning and Engineering for Xcel Energy; and Director of Delivery Construction and Field Operations for Northern States Power Company.

Mr. Kevin G. Moug has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Senior Vice President of the company since 2001. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Advance Dental Management from 1996 to 2001; and held various management positions including Business Planning, SEC Reporting, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Equity Financing at Deloitte & Touche from 1981 to 1993.
