Mr. Kari Jordan has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of Nokian Tyres Plc from 2018 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Finland Chamber of Commerce from 2012 to 2016, the Vice Chairman and later the Chairman of Finnish Forest Industries Federation, and the Vice Chairman of Confederation of Finnish Industries. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Metsa Group from 2006 to 2008 and the Chairman of Metsa Fiber Oy from 2006 to 2017. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Metsa Board Corp from 2005 to 2018. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Metsaliitto Cooperative from 2004 to 2017 and the Chairman of Metsa Tissue Corp from 2004 to 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Jordan served as an Executive Vice President of Nordea AB and predecessors from 1994 to 2004; and member of the Executive Board of OKOBANK from 1987 to 1994.

Mr. Timo Ritakallio has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as the President, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer of llmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company. Mr. Ritakallio also served as the Deputy Executive Officer of Pohjola Bank Group from 2006 to 2008 and Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of OKO Bank. Currently, he serves as the President and Group Chief Executive Officer of OP Pohjola since 2018.

Ms. Katti Ter Horst has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Vice Chairman of the company from 2022 to 2024. Ms. Horst served as an Executive Vice President and the Head of Stora Enso Paper from 2014 to 2022. She served as the Senior Vice President of paper sales, printing, reading and living at Stora Enso. Ms. Horst also served as the Director of Customer Service Center West, Publication Paper at Stora Enso from 2010 until 2012. Earlier, She held various managerial positions in the paper business and as a Business Analyst at Jaakko Poyry Consulting, Singapore.

Mr. Marc-Simon Schaar has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he was the Chief Procurement Officer of the company. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Raw Materials at the company from 2021 to 2023, the Senior Vice President, Treasury, Risk Management, M&A and Investor Relations from 2020 until 2022, and the Senior Vice President of Finance, BA Europe & BA Ferrochrome from 2016 to 2020. Mr. Schaar also served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Group Controlling (FP&A), M&A, and Management Information Systems at the company from 2014 to 2016. Earlier, Mr. Schaar served as the Senior Manager of Accounting, Controlling and Post-Merger Integration at Inoxum and a Director at Outokumpu Nirosta GmbH.

Mr. Stefan Erdmann has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and the Chief Technology Officer of the company from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Erdmann was the Technical Managing Director of Aluminium Norf GmbH from 2015 to 2018; the Vice President of Global Research and Development at Novelis Inc from 2011 until 2015; and the General Manager of Europe Can Business Unit at Novelis AG from 2009 to 2011. He also served as the General Manager of Novelis Deutschland GmbH from 2007 to 2009; and the Sales Director of Painted Products at Novelis Europe from 2006 until 2007. He held various operational and managerial positions at Novelis and Alcan from 1993 to 2006. Mr. Erdmann serves as a Director of German Steel Association.
