Mr. Frank D. Lee has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Directors of Forma Therapeutics from March 2019 to October 2022. He served as Senior Vice President, Global Product Strategy and Therapeutic Area Head for Immunology, Ophthalmology, and Infectious Diseases at Genentech. Prior to Genentech, Mr. Lee spent approximately 13 years across Novartis, Janssen and Eli Lilly.

Ms. Laura Brege has been the Chair of the company since January 2025. Previously, she served as a Senior Advisor to BridgeBio Pharma, Inc from 2018 to 2025. Earlier, Brege served as Managing Director of Cervantes Life Science Partners, LLC from September 2015 to June 2018. She also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nodality, Inc from 2012 to July 2015. Prior to this, she Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Business Officer and Head of Corporate Affairs at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Previously, she served as the Director of Aratana Therapeutics, Inc from February 2014 to March 2019, Dynavax Technologies Corporation from February 2015 to February 2020, Portola Pharmaceuticals from January 2015 to July 2020, and HLS Therapeutics from February 2019 to August 2024. She also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at COR Therapeutics. Currently, she also serves as Director of Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc, Edgewise Therapeutics, and Mirum Pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Shawn Cross has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he held various roles in Applied Molecular Transport including, Chief Executive Officer; President and Chief Operating Officer; and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director of Healthcare Investment Banking at JMP Securities. Prior to that, Mr. Cross worked at Deutsche Bank Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, and Alex.

Ms. Kristen Williams has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary of the company since 2014. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President Corporate Compliance and Assistant General Counsel for Bioenvision Inc.

Dr. Jonathan Slonin has been the Chief Medical Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Clinical Officer of the company. Previously, he served in various leadership positions at TeamHealth and Envision Healthcare.
