Mr. Shahab Rizvi has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Mr. Rizvi has served as Country President & Chief Executive, Pakistan and Afghanistan at Novartis Pharma (Pakistan) Limited from 2008 to 2018. Earlier, he was Head, Business Unit for Middle East at Novartis Consumer Health from 2004 to 2008. Mr Rizvi also served as the Sector Head at Novartis Pharma (Pakistan) Limited from 2001 to 2004. He has also worked as Regional and Marketing/ Commercial Manager with Shell Gas (LPG) in Malaysia from 1999 to 2001.

Mr. Imran Abbasy has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he has held several leadership positions in various mid and large sized exploration and production companies. Mr. Abbasy currently serves as the Director of PPL Asia E&P B.V., PPL Europe E&P Limited and Pakistan International Oil Limited.

Mohammad Khalid Rehman is an Chief Financial Officer for Pakistan Petroleum Ltd. Previously, He served as the Chief Accountant of the company. Prior to this, he held various positions in wide range of companies including Ernst & Young Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder, Umer Group of Companies, ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited, State Street Fund Services Toronto, Inc and Bank of Montreal.

Mr. Sikander Ali Menon has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Head of Production Engineering and Technology. Prior to this, he also served in various companies in positions such as the Manager of Petroleum Engineering and Operations at ADNOC Group UAE, Head of Technical Support Unit at Saudi Aramco and Senior Production Technologist at Petronas.
