Mr. Nikesh Arora has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as an Advisor for SoftBank Group Corp from 2016 to 2017. He also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of SoftBank from 2015 to 2016. Earlier, Mr. Arora served as the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of SoftBank from 2014 to 2015. Earlier, he held various leadership positions at Google, Inc. including Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer from 2004 to 2014. Mr. Arora also serves on the board of Compagnie Financiere Richemont S.A., Advisor of Zoom Video Communications, Inc.

Mr. NirZuk has been the Chief Technology Officer and Director of the company since 2005. Previously, he served as the Chief Security Technologist of Juniper Networks, Inc. from 2004 to 2005. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of NetScreen Technologies, Inc in 2004. Mr. Zuk was a Co-Founder and the Chief Technology Officer at OneSecure from 1999 to 2002. He also served as a Principal Engineer at Check Point Software Technologies.

Mr. Lee Klarich has been the Chief Product Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of Product Management of the company from 2015 to 2017. He also served as the Senior Vice President, Product Management from 2012 to 2015, and Vice President, Product Management from May 2006 to November 2012. Prior to joining Palo Alto, Mr. Klarich held various positions at NetScreen Technologies, Excite@Home, and Packard Bell-NEC.

Mr. Dipak Golechha has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since March 2020. Previously, he held various global leadership and executive roles around the globe, including as the global divisional Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Procter & Gamble, and the Chief Financial Officer of Chobani and The Nature’s Bounty Company. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Excelligence Learning Corp and as a board member of Holland & Barrett International, Dr Organic, and Procter & Gamble Financial Services.

Ms. Meerah Rajavel has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer of Citrix. Previously, she held various leadership positions at McAfee, Forcepoint, Cisco and Infosys.
