Mr. Marcos Marcelo Mindlin has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2016 to 2018; Founder, Senior Portfolio Manager of Grupo Dolphin from 1989 to 2004; and Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Inversiones y Representaciones SA from 1991 to 2003. Mr. Mindlin also served as the Director of Banco Hipotecario from 1999 to 2004. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Foundation, Grupo Dolphin Holding S.A., Grupo Emes S.A., Emes Inversora S.A. and Pampa Holding MMM S.A.U; Director of Orígenes Seguros de Retiro S.A., Origenes Seguros de Vida S.A., Consultores Fund Management and Mindlin Warrants S.A.

Mr. Gustavo Mariani has been the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Power Generation and New Businesses of the company; Analyst and Investment Portfolio Manager at Grupo Dolphin. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of HIDISA, HINISA, PACOSA, PEFMSA, Transelec, PEA, and Plasticos de Zarate SA; Vice Chairman of SACDE Sociedad Argentina de Construccion y Desarrollo Estratégico SA, TGS and Edenor; Director of GMA Warrants SA, ODS SA, Dolphin Creditos Holding SA, Emes Inversora SA, Grupo Dolphin Holding SA, Transba, Emes Finance SA, Origenes Seguros de Vida SA, Origenes Seguros de Retiro SA, Grupo Emes SA, Pampa Participaciones SAU, Sitios Argentinos SA and Pampa Cogeneracion SA; and Member of the management board of Fundación Pampa Energía Comprometidos con la Educacion.

Mr. Nicolas Mindlin has been an Executive Vice President and a Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. O of Pampa until his appointment as Executive Vice President. He also serves as a Director at Pampa Energia Bolivia SA and VAR.
