Mr. Yuki Kusumi has been the Chief Executive Officer,, President and a Director of the company since April 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Strtagey Officer of the company. Mr. Akira Waniko has been the Chief Financial Officer, an Executive Officer and a Director of the company since June 2025. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Panasonic Holding (Netherlands) B.V. and President of Panasonic Equity Management Japan G.K. Prior to this, he held the position of General Manager of Accounting, Corporate Finance, Accounting and IR Department of the company from April 2024 to April 2025. He was the General Manager, Corporate Management Support Department, General Manager, Corporate Finance and IR Department, Corporate Strategy and Technology Division of the company from October 2021 to April 2024. He also served as General Manager, Planning Department, Tesla Energy Division, SANYO Electric Co., Ltd. and was in charge of Corporate Strategies for the US Company from April 2020 to October 2021. Mr. Waniko served as the in charge of General Accounting, Home Entertainment Business and Communications Products Business, Accounting Center, Appliances Company of the company from June 2017 to June 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief of Corporate Management Support Department and Corporate Strategy Division of the Company from April 2015 to June 2017.

Ms. Kazuyo Sumida has been the Chief Strategy Officer, an Executive Officer and a Director of the company since June 2025. Prior to this, she served as a Director, an Executive Officer, the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Information Officer of Panasonic Automotive Systems Co., Ltd from April 2022 to April 2023. She also served as the Managing Officer of Automotive Company of the company from April 2019 to April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Director and a President of Panasonic Information Systems Co., Ltd from May 2021 to October 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Solutions Officer of AXA Life Insurance Co., Ltd. from December 2019 to May 2021. He also served as an Executive Officer and the Head of Information Technology of AXA Life Insurance Co., Ltd. from January 2017 to December 2019. Mr. Tamaoki was the Group Executive Officer and Chief Information Officer of Fast Retailing Co., Ltd from April 2014 to January 2017. He served as the Director of Global Delivery, Global Business Services at Procter & Gamble Far East from March 2013 to April 2014.

Mr. Tetsuro Homma has been the Director, Regional Head of China and Northeast Asia and an Executive Vice President of the company since April 2022. Presently, he serves as President, Panasonic Operational Excellence Co., Ltd. Panasonic Operational Excellence China & Northeast Asia company.
