Mr. Yuki Kusumi has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the Automotive Energy Business Division of SANYO Electric Co Ltd. He also served as the Executive Officer and Vice President of Automotive & Industrial Systems Company. Mr. Kusumi also served as the Director of the Television Business Unit of the AV Network Business Group. Earlier, he was the Managing Director of the Panasonic R&D Division of Matsushita Electric Europe (Headquarters) Ltd.

Mr. Akira Waniko has been the Chief Financial Officer, an Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2025. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Panasonic Holding (Netherlands) B.V. and President of Panasonic Equity Management Japan G.K. Prior to this, he held the position of General Manager of the Accounting, Corporate Finance, Accounting and IR Department of the company from 2024 to 2025. He was the General Manager of the Corporate Management Support Department, General Manager, Corporate Finance and IR Department, Corporate Strategy and Technology Division of the company from 2021 to 2024. He also served as General Manager, Planning Department, Tesla Energy Division, SANYO Electric Co Ltd., and was in charge of corporate strategy for the US Company from 2020 to 2021. Mr. Waniko served as the person in charge of General Accounting, Home Entertainment Business and Communications Products Business, Accounting Center, and Appliances Company of the company from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief of the Corporate Management Support Department and Corporate Strategy Division of the Company from 2015 to 2017.

Ms. Kazuyo Sumida has been the Chief Strategy Officer, an Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as a Director, an Executive Officer, the Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Information Officer of Panasonic Automotive Systems Co Ltd from 2022 to 2023. She also served as the Managing Officer of Automotive Company from 2019 to 2022. Earlier, she served various positions at the company including General Manager of Corporate Planning Department at Company Strategies Office, Automotive and Industrial Systems Company from 2018 to 2019; General Manager of Business Development Department at Company Strategies Office, Automotive and Industrial Systems Company from 2017 to 2018; General Manager of Business Development Office at Corporate Planning Group, AVC Networks Company from 2014 to 2017 and General Manager at Corporate Strategies Group, Corporate Planning Division from 2012 to 2014.

Mr. Hajime Tamaoki has been the Chief Transformation Officer and a Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer of the company. He also served as the Executive Officer, Head of Information Technology, and Chief Solutions Officer at AXA Life Insurance Co Ltd. Mr. Tamaoki also served as the Group Executive Officer and Chief Information Officer at Fast Retailing Co Ltd.

Ms. Ayako Shotoku has been the Chief Risk Management Officer, General Counsel, Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Officer and Chief Risk Management Officer of Automotive Company and Director of the Legal Affairs Center of the company from October 2021 to April 2022. Previously, she served as the Managing Officer of Connected Solutions Company.
