Mr. Ravi Thanawala has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023 and Interim Chief Executive Officer since March 2024. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Nike North America. He also served as the Global Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Converse brand at Nike, Inc. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at ANN INC.

Mr. Mark Shambura has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer at MOD Pizza. Previously, he served as the Executive Director of Marketing at Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Ms. Caroline Miller Oyler has been the Corporate Secretary of the company since July 2020 and its Chief Legal and Risk Officer since October 2018. Prior to this, she served as Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of the company May 2018 to October 2018. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from May 2014 to May 2018, Senior Vice President for Legal Affairs from November 2012 to May 2014, Interim head of Human Resources from December 2008 to September 2009 and as Vice President and Senior Counsel. Before joining the company, she practiced law at Wyatt, Tarrant and Combs LLP.

Mr. Shane Hutchins has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company since October 2018. Previously, he served in various positions within food service division at the company. He also served as a Senior Auditor with Deloitte and Touche LLP.

Mr. Joe Sieve serves as the Chief Restaurant Officer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Franchise Development. Previously, he served as Director of Strategic Market Growth, and as a Owner at Domino’s Pizza, Inc. Earlier he served at Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs and La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill.
