Mr. Todd Penegor has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since August 2024. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Wendy's Company. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Wendy's Company from m 2013 to 2015. Previously, he served at Kellogg Company and Ford Motor Company.

Mr. Chris Lyn-Sue has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2026. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of International of the company since November 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Managing Director and Head of International Markets. Previously, he served as the Global Head of Marketing, Vice President of International Markets and Vice President of Marketing. He also served as the Global Brand Marketing Lead for Popeyes at Restaurant Brands International, managed Grey Goose vodka and Dewar’s Scotch whisky at Bacardi and worked in digital media marketing at CBS.

Mr. Chris Collins has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2026 and is its Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Principal Accounting Officer since 2025. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Finance - Treasury, Tax, and International Business Segment from 2023 to 2025. He also served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Principal Accounting Officer, and Vice President of Treasury at Signet Jewelers. He held financial leadership roles with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in the US and Europe, and with American Axle & Manufacturing.

Mr. Kurt Milburn has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company since May 2024. Previously, he served as Vice President of Supply Chain Operations of the company. Prior to that, Mr. Milburn served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Scotts Miracle-Gro Company.

Ms. Caroline Miller Oyler has been the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of the company since 2026. She served as Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary of the company since June 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Corporate Secretary and Chief Legal and Risk Officer of the company. She also served as Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of the company from May 2018 to October 2018. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from May 2014 to May 2018, Senior Vice President for Legal Affairs from November 2012 to May 2014, Interim head of Human Resources, and Vice President and Senior Counsel. Before joining the company, she practiced law at Wyatt, Tarrant and Combs LLP.
