Mr. Robert Silberman has been the Chairman of the company since 2019 and as a Director since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2013; and Chairman at Strategic Education, Inc since 2003. He served as the Managing Director of Equity Group Investments from March 2014; and as Lead Director at Covanta Holding Corporation since 2015 to 2020. Before that, he served in several senior management positions including as President and Chief Operating Officer at CalEnergy Company, Inc. Mr. Silberman also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at International Paper Company.

Mr. William Pate has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Par Pacific since October 2015. He has also served as the President since 2015. Prior to joining Par Pacific, he served as Co-President of Equity Group Investments (EGI); and in various other positions since 1994. Earlier, Mr. Pate also served as a Director of Covanta Holding Corporation, an international energy-from-waste and power generation company. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Covanta from October 2004 through September 2005. Mr. Pate also served on the boards of directors of Exterran Holdings, Inc., Adams Respiratory Therapeutics, MiddleBrook Pharmaceuticals and CNA Surety Corp.

Mr. William Monteleone has been the President of the company since 2023. preceding this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Director of Par Pacific. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions of the company from 2015 to 2017 and as Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Monteleone was the Vice President at Equity Group Investments between 2008 and 2013. He also served on the Board of Directors of Wapiti Oil and Gas II, LLC, Wapiti Oil and Gas I, LLC, and Kuwait Energy Company.

Mr. Ivan Guerra has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of the company since March 2018; and as Corporate Controller since 2017. Prior to this, he served as Global Assistant Controller at Ascend Performance Materials. Previously, Mr. Guerra worked as a Senior Manager in KPMG Houston's Audit practice where he has clients across various industries.

Mr. Ryan Kelley has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Procurement Officer at Motiva Enterprises, LLC. Previously, he served in several IT and Procurement leadership roles at Andeavor Corporation, AT&T, The Texas Restaurant Association, and Raba-Kistner.
