Ms. Becky S Shulman has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Chairman of the company from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this, Ms. Shulman served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of H&R Block, Inc; and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of LPL Financial. Earlier, Ms. Shulman also served as the Chief Investment Officer of U.S. Central Credit Union. She also served as Director of H&R Block Bank and as Chief Investment Officer of U.S. Central Credit Union.

Mr. Douglas J Hajek has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman of the company from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, He served as the counsel at Davenport, Evans, Hurwitz & Smith, LL. Earlier, Mr. Hajek held management positions in commercial banking at U.S. Bank and two independent banks. He also served as Vice Chairman of South Dakota Building Authority.

Mr. Brett L. Pharr has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Co-President and Chief Operating Officer from June 2020 to October 2021 and Executive Vice President; and Group Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance from February 2019 to June 2020. He served as an independent consultant for various financial institutions from 2018 to 2019. Mr. also served as the Senior Risk Director at Citizens Bank.

Mr. Greg Sigrist has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, He served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp. and Metropolitan Commercial Bank. Prior to this, Mr. Sigrist served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Columbia Banking System, Inc. Earlier, he also served as Managing Director Chief Financial Officer of Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A., and Vice President, Corporate Accounting Policy/M&A Finance with Citigroup.

Ms. Nadia A. Dombrowski has been the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Previously, She served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Safrapay from January 2020 to October 2021. Prior to this, Ms. Dombrowski was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Community Federal Savings Bank. Earlier, she served as senior legal leadership roles at MasterCard, Bank of America, and several start-up companies.
