Mr. Todd M Cleveland has been the Chairman of the company since January 2023. He served as the Executive Chairman of the Board from January 2020 to December 2022. Prior to this, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer the company from 2009 to 2019 and President from 2008 to 2015 and Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Cleveland also served as the Executive Vice President of Operations and Sales of the company from 2007 to 2008.

Mr. Andy L Nemeth has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2020. He also serves as the President of the company from January 2016 to July 2021. Mr. Nemeth served as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from May 2004 to December 2015, and Secretary-Treasurer of the company from 2002 to May 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company from 2003 to 2004. Mr. Nemeth has over 31 years of recreational vehicle, marine, manufactured housing and industrial experience in various financial and managerial capacities.

Mr. Joel D. Duthie has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since May 2021. He joined the company as General Counsel in November 2020.

Mr. Andy Roeder has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of France and Treasurer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Polaris Boats Previously he served as Chief Financial Officer at Bennington Marine.

Mr. Kip B Ellis has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations of the company since September 2016. He joined the company in April 2016 as the Vice President of Market Development. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Aftermarket Sales for the Dometic Group from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Ellis served as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Atwood Mobile Products from 2007 to 2015.
