Mr. Graham Matthews has been the Head of Fund Management Infrastructure of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and founding shareholder of Whitehelm Capital before its merger with the company. Prior to founding Whitehelm, he held senior roles in the Australian Federal Treasury. He also represented Australia at the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C. Mr. Matthews brings over 35 years of experience in infrastructure investment.
