Paylocity Holding Corp: Executives

Mr. Steven R. Beauchamp has been the Chairman of the company since August 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, Mr. Beauchamp served as the Vice President of Product Management and Corporate Officer at Paychex. He also served as the Vice President of Payroll Operations at Advantage Payroll.

Mr. Toby J. Williams has been the Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, Mr. Williams served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. He also served as the Chief Product and Strategy Officer at global higher education software leader Ellucian.

Mr. Ryan Glenn has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since March 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations of the company. Mr. Glenn also held various roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Nicholas Rost has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as our Corporate Controller since May 2019. From May 2017 to May 2019, Mr. Rost held various financial leadership roles at Joyson Safety Systems, including Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. From 2003 to 2017, he worked in a variety of roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Ms. Holly Fulp has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, Ms. Holly served as a Director of the Technology Group at William Blair, as a Vice President in the Global Services Group at Credit Suisse Securities LLC and as a strategy Executive Director at Kaplan.
