Mr. Steven I Sarowitz serves as the Chairman of the company. Currently, he serves as the Director of Payescape. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Marble Payroll.

Mr. Toby Williams has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since March 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Paylocity. Previously, he served as the Chief Product and Strategy Officer at Ellucian. Prior to that, Mr. Williams served as a Director of Corporate Development at Paychex from 2006 to 2011. Previously, he also served at Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

Mr. Steven Beauchamp has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since March 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Product Management and Corporate Officer at Paychex, Inc. from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Beauchamp also served as the Vice President of Payroll Operations at Advantage Payroll Services, Inc. from 2001 to 2002 and also spent three years in operations management at ADP Canada from 1995 to 1998.

Mr. Ryan Glenn has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since March 2022. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance of the company. From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Glenn held various roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and was a Manager in the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory practice.

Mr. Nicholas Rost has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as our Corporate Controller since May 2019. From May 2017 to May 2019, Mr. Rost held various financial leadership roles at Joyson Safety Systems, including Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. From 2003 to 2017, he worked in a variety of roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
