Mr. Richard Li Tzar Kai has been the Chairman of the company since August 1999. He holds various other positions including the Director of certain FWD group companies, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Pacific Century Group, and the Executive Director of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (PCPD). He also served as the Chairman and Executive Director of Singapore-based Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited (PCRD), Executive Chairman and an Executive Director of HKT Limited (HKT) and HKT Management Limited.

Ms. Susanna Hui Hon Hing has been the Chief Financial Officer, Acting Group Managing Director, and Director of the company since 2022. She also serves as the Managing Director of HKT Limited (HKT) and HKT Management Ltd. Previously, she served as an Executive Director from 2018 to 2021; and Chief Financial Officer from 2009 to 2011 at Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited. Prior to this, she worked as the Chief Financial Officer of HKT from November 2011 to August 2018. Ms. Susanna also served as a Director of Group Finance of PCCW from September 2006 to April 2007.

Mr. Tang Yongbo has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice General Manager of China United Network Communications Group Company Limited and Senior Vice President of China United Network Communications. He also served as the Senior Vice President of China Unicom (Hong Kong) Limited, and a Director and a Senior Vice President of China United Network Communications Corporation Limited.

Ms. Hester Shum has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, she served in various information technology (IT) human resources leadership positions in various companies including Intel, Cisco Systems and Equinix. She also served as an Executive Vice President of Human Resource in a listed trading company. She has more than 30 years of experience in human resources management division.
