He held several positions at Rio Tinto including the Acting Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Coal Australia, the General Manager of Ports and Infrastructure at Pilbara Iron, and the General Manager of Tarong Coal. Mr. Yeates also worked at BHP.

Mr. Scott T. Jarboe has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Legal Officer of the company. He practiced law with Husch Blackwell LLP and Bryan Cave LLP. Mr. Jarboe joined the company in 2010.

Mr. Jamie Frankcombe has been the President of Australian Operations at the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Managing Director of Phu Bia Mining in 2021, an Integration Team Lead at Aurelia Metals Ltd from 2020 to 2021, and a Director of Coal Services Pty Ltd from 2017 until 2021. Mr. Frankcombe served as the Chief Operating Officer of Whitehaven Coal Mining Ltd.
