Mr. David A. Handler has been the Chairman of the company since June 2019. He has been the Director of the company since 1994. Mr. David also serves as a Partner at Centerview Partners since August 2008. Previously, he served as Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank from April 2006 to August 2008.

Mr. Jay A. Snowden has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2020. He also serves as a Director of the company since August 2019 and as President since March 2017. Prior to this, he served in various senior positions at the company including as its Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to 2020, and Senior Vice President of Regional Operations from 2011 to 2014. Previously, he served in various senior leadership positions at Caesars and Harrah's including as the Senior Vice President and General Manager in Atlantic City.

Ms. Felicia Hendrix has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of the company since March 2021. Prior to this, she served as Managing Director and Equity Research Analyst at Barclays. Previously, she served as Managing Director at Lehman Brothers.

Ms. Christine LaBombard serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at Pinnacle Entertainment. Previously, she served in various leadership positions in Internal Audit and Accounting at Caesars Entertainment and Ameristar Casinos.

Mr. Chris Rogers serves as the Chief Strategy Officer, Secretary and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served in various positions at the company including as Senior Vice President for Corporate Development; and as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Previously, he served as Corporate Attorney at the Boston-based law firm Ropes & Gray and the Dallas-based law firm Vinson & Elkins. He also served with Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
