Ms. Susan D Rector has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Previously, she was the Partner of Ice Miller LLP.

Mr. Tyler Wilcox has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the bank since 2024. Previously, he served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2023 to 2024; Executive Vice President, Community Banking from 2020 to 2023; Executive Vice President, Regional President, of Peoples Bank’s South Region from 2019 to 2020; President of Peoples Insurance Agency from 2015 to 2018 at Peoples and Peoples Bank. He also served as Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources from 2012 to 2015, and Vice President, Director of Compensation and Benefits from 2011 to 2012 at Peoples Bank.

Ms. Kathryn Bailey has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as the Director and Vice President of Peoples Bank Foundation, Inc; Director of Peoples Investment Company from 2018 to 2023. Prior to this, she served as Controller, Vice President, Senior Vice President, Director of Finance for Peoples Bank and Director of Finance for Peoples at Peoples Bank. She also served at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2006 to 2011.

Mr. Matthew J. Macia has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the bank since 2023. Previously, he served as Senior Director, Head of Financial, Model and Investment Risk, at Edward Jones in St. Louis, Missouri, from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, at Bank of the Sierra in Fresno, California, from 2019 to 2021; Chief Risk Officer, Senior Managing Director at TIAA Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina, from 2014 to 2019; Senior Vice President, Deposit and Small Business Lending Risk Executive, at Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina from 2012 to 2014. He also served at Wachovia Bank and Wells Fargo from 2003 to 2012.

Mr. Jason M. Eakle has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Senior Commercial Underwriter From 2016 to 2020 and Vice President, Commercial Credit Portfolio Manager from 2009 to 2016 at Peoples Bank.
