Mr. Robert Cole has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as a Director of Woodside Petroleum Limited and the Managing Director of Beach Energy Limited. Mr. Cole served as the Chairman of the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Synergy, Southern Ports Authority, and GLX Holdings Ltd, and a Director of Iluka Resources Limited.

Mr. Mark Norwell has been the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Executive General Manager of Strategy and Growth at Thiess Pty Ltd. Mr. Norwell also held various senior-level roles at HWE Mining, Leighton Contractors, and Macmahon Holdings.

Mr. Peter Bryant serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he held various executive roles in different companies in renewables, media and mining sectors. He also serves as a Director of AUMS Mali, African Underground Mining Services (AUMS) Ghana, AUMS Tanzania and AUMS BF.

Mr. Ben Davis serves as the President of Mining Services, and Chief People and Sustainability Officer at the company. Previously, he held various corporate, operational and executive Human Resource roles across North and West Africa, Australia, and North America.

Mr. Raj Ratneser has been the Chief Legal and Risk Officer of the company since 2021. He held various top leadership and executive positions at various companies in Australia, Africa, the UK, and North America.
