Mr. Alexandre Ricard has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2015. Currently, he is a member of the Supervisory Committee of Pernod Ricard Europe, Middle East and Africa and serves as the Director at various organizations including L’Oréal, Societe Paul Ricard, Le Delos Invest I, Le Delos Invest II, and Bendor SA. Mr. Ricard also serves as the Chairman of Suntory Allied Limited and a Director of Havana Club International SA, Geo G. Sandeman Sons & Co. Ltd, and Martell & Co. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company from November 2009 to August 2012. Prior to this, Mr. Alexandre Ricard served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administration Officer at Irish Distillers Group from 2004 to 2006. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Pernod Ricard Asia Duty Free from September 2006 to July 2008. Mr. Alexandre Ricard served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Irish Distillers Group from July 2008 to September 2011.

Ms. Anne-Marie Poliquin has been the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the General Counsel, Legal and Corporate Affairs, in charge of Legal, Communications and CSR of JDE Peet’s. Previously, he served as the General Counsel for Global Petcare in Brussels.
