Mr. Tareq Kawash has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President of its Onshore and Offshore Business Lines and Director at McDermott. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Project Operations and Vice President of Business Development Europe at CB&I.

Mr. Afonso Reis e Sousa has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Petrofac since September 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Group Head of Structured Finance and accumulated a portfolio of increasing responsibility including Group Treasurer, Head of Tax and Group Head of Enterprise Risk of the company.

Mr. George Eapen has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Chief Information Security Officer of the company from 2018 to 2020. Mr. George also served in multiple IT leadership roles in General Electric.

Mr. John Pearson has been the Chief Operating Officer of New Energy Services of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served in AMEC Foster Wheeler and five years with Chevron. He also had work experience in various roles such as president of global oil, gas and chemicals, and roles running the Americas, Northern Europe and CIS regions covering environmental, nuclear, solar, wind, power, mining and hydrocarbon markets.

Mr. Elie Lahoud has been the Chief Operating Officer for Engineering and Construction (E&C) of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served in several key operations roles, leading the delivery of many large EPC projects in the GCC region. Mr. Lahoud also worked as Senior Vice President and Sponsor for Oman operations.
