Mr. Anuar Ahmad has been the Chairman of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of NRC of PDB; Director of ENRA Group Berhad (ENRA); Chairman of NRC of ENRA; Director of Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad (CCM); Chairman of Finance & Investment Committee of CCM; Chairman of PETRONAS Gas Berhad; Director of PETRONAS and Chairman of PDB. Mr. Ahmad also served as the Executive Vice President of Gas and Power Business of PETRONAS; Vice President of Oil Business of PETRONAS; Vice President of Human Resource Management of PETRONAS and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of PDB. He also held various Senior Managerial Positions within PETRONAS Group. Currently, Mr. Ahmad serves as a Director of Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad and Kumpulan Fima Berhad.

Mr. Azrul Osman Rani has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Vice President and Director of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Commercial Development and JV Formation at PETRONAS Refinery and Petrochemical Corporation; Chief Executive Officer of PRPC Utilities and Facilities; Business Director for Uzbekistan Gas to Liquid LLC; Senior Manager in International Trading for Malaysian International Trading Corporation; Senior Manager for Business Development Unit of PETRONAS; Manager Trading in Agriculture Product of Malaysian International Trading Corporation, Country Manager of Malaysian International Trading Corporation in Indonesia Office. He also held various positions within the PETRONAS Group.

Ms. Azureen Azita Abdullah has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the General Manager of Downstream Digital and Innovation at the company. She was also the General Manager of Retail Sales and Operations at the company. Previously, she worked as the Senior Manager of Venture Management at PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad. Ms. Abdullah was also the Manager, Executive Vice President of Downstream and Chief Operating Officer of Petron. Before this, she held the position of Manager of Malaysia Gas Management, Gas Business Unit at PETRONAS.

Ms. Soraya Yahya has been the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she was the Head, Phase Two emb.arc Project at the company. She was also the Head of Experience Factory, emb.arc Project the Company. Previously, she worked as the Head of HRM Sabah Operations, Malaysia Asset at PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. Ms. Yahya also served as the Head of HRM Exploration Division at PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. Before this, she held the position of Manager of Top Talent Development at PETRONAS. MS. Yahya was also the Manager of HRAM Global Function at Shell Business Operation.

Ms. Nik Fariza Nik Hamdan is the Chief Audit Executive of PDB at the company. Prior to this, she was the Head of Corporate Sector at PETRONAS Group Internal Audit. She was also the Audit Manager of Downstream Sector at PETRONAS Group Internal Audit. Ms. Hamdan was also the Audit Manager of Finance and Trading Sector at PETRONAS Group Internal Audit.
